Every lead answered in under a minute. Even the one at 11:47 PM.
An AI agent that replies on your website chat, SMS, WhatsApp and DMs, asks your qualifying questions, and books the appointment on your calendar.
A free written report on how your leads are handled today. No call required.
more likely to qualify a lead when you reply within an hour, versus one hour later.
of companies took more than a day to reply to a web lead.
never replied at all.
minute by minute
One lead, start to finish. Nobody awake.
Trained on your services, pricing rules, service area and calendar. It talks like your best rep — and knows when to get a human.
Replies in seconds, on the channel they chose
Chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email. One agent across all of them.
Asks the questions your team would ask
Location, scope, timeline, budget, who signs. Answers from your own documents — and never invents a price.
Turns away what isn't yours
Wrong area, too small, a service you don't offer: it says so politely. Your calendar stays clean.
Books the right person's calendar
Real availability, two slots, confirmation and reminders. Not a callback promise — an appointment with a name on it.
Logs everything in your CRM
Contact, transcript and notes go to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive — or a shared sheet. Your team wakes up briefed.
Steps aside when a human is needed
A complaint, a custom contract, a legal question, or "can I talk to a person?" — it routes the thread to whoever's on call, with full context. You set the rules.
Chases no-shows and quiet leads
Reminders, reschedule offers and short check-ins. Often where the first month's return comes from.
One person accountable
Built for you. Not a dashboard to figure out.
No login and tutorial video. An agent that already knows your business, tested on your real past conversations before it talks to a lead.
Lead-response audit
I test every channel a lead can use, time the replies, and map where leads fall through.
- A written report, not a sales call
- What an agent should handle — and what it shouldn't
- A fixed-price plan, yours to keep either way
Build and train
Built on your services, FAQs, qualifying rules and calendar — then tested until it sounds like you.
- Calendar, CRM and channel integrations
- Hand-off rules written with your team
- Your team approves test transcripts before launch
Launch and tune
Live on one channel first, then the rest. I review transcripts weekly in month one and tune it.
- Monthly report: response time, bookings, no-shows recovered
- Updates when your services, pricing or team change
- Cancel any month — the agent stays yours
before you spend
Who it's for — and who it isn't.
If it's not a fit, the audit will tell you. That's a good outcome too.
A good fit
- B2B service companies, 30–100 people, in the US or Canada.
- Leads worth hundreds or thousands of dollars each — contractors, field services, logistics, professional services, clinics.
- Leads on several channels, and nobody owns the reply after 6 PM or on weekends.
- A team that already books appointments and can share documents and calendar access in week one.
Not a fit
- Ad, marketing and lead-gen agencies.
- Fewer than ~15 leads a month. One fast human beats an agent at that volume.
- Wanting the agent to close the sale. It qualifies and books; your people still sell.
- Intake that legally needs a licensed human — some medical, legal and financial cases.
- No calendar anyone trusts. Fix that first.
published research
What slow replies cost you, in your numbers.
Move the sliders. The math uses published research, and every assumption is shown below.
After hours = after 6 PM, before 8 AM, or weekends. Those leads wait until the next business day.
per month, from leads that arrive when nobody is there to answer
A projection from published research, not a promise. The free audit measures your real numbers.
How this is calculated
The Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 US companies found that replying within an hour made a company about seven times more likely to qualify a lead than waiting one hour longer — and roughly sixty times more likely than waiting 24 hours or more. The authors' Lead Response Management study found contact odds drop about tenfold after the first five minutes.
This calculator counts one leak only: leads that arrive after hours. Today they're modelled at the next-business-day rate below (about 15% still reached). With the agent they're answered in under a minute, so they're modelled at the full rate.
| Time to first reply | Leads still reached |
|---|---|
| Under 5 minutes | 100% |
| 5–30 minutes | 62% |
| 30–60 minutes | 47% |
| 1–4 hours | 34% |
| Later the same day | 25% |
| Next business day | 15% |
| Two days or more | 8% |
Extra jobs = extra after-hours leads reached × your close rate. Revenue = extra jobs × your average job value. Daytime leads are left out, so this is deliberately the conservative number.
These are industry averages applied to your inputs — read the result as an order of magnitude, not a forecast. The free audit measures your real numbers.
working with
Meta Ads and funnels for clinics, coaches and local service businesses across Latin America.
Second-generation operator at a family company selling rescue and firefighting equipment to government buyers.
Business administration and MBA. Working hours aligned to US and Canadian time zones.
I work on both sides of this problem. I build the ads that bring service businesses their leads. And I help run a company that sells through public tenders, where the supplier who answers first usually wins.
A business pays for a lead at 11 PM on a Friday. Nobody sees it until Monday. That gap is what this agent closes.
I take on a few companies at a time and do the audit and the build myself.
Find out how many leads you lose between the form and the phone.
Tell me how leads reach you today. Within two business days you get a short written report with:
- Every channel, and how long each takes to get a human reply.
- What an AI agent should handle — and what your people should keep.
- A fixed-price plan, whether or not you build it with me.
I may send one test enquiry per channel to time it. Nothing is published, and nothing reaches your team as a real lead.
Request received.
I'll go through your answers and reply from my own inbox within two business days with the written audit.
