CarreraCom (Roberto Antonio Carrera Hernández), based in Guatemala City, Guatemala, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This site is used to offer AI message-automation services to B2B service companies in the United States and Canada.

What we collect Only what the audit needs

When you submit the lead-response audit request on this site, we collect:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your company name and, if you provide it, your website
  • The channels your leads currently arrive on, your monthly lead volume range, and your typical reply time — all picked from the form's own options
  • Anything you write in the optional free-text note
  • If you used the revenue calculator before submitting, the numbers it was set to at that moment

We don't collect anything beyond what's on that form. This site does not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels of any kind — so there is no browsing or tracking data to disclose. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, and where required by law we will ask for your consent before any such script loads.

Why we use it To do the audit, and follow up

We use what you send us for one purpose: to prepare and deliver the free lead-response audit you asked for, and — if you choose to move forward — to scope and deliver the paid engagement described in our Terms of Service.

We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not put you into an automated sales sequence. If we follow up, it's a person reading your answers and writing back.

Where it goes when you submit Two possible paths

Depending on which delivery method is active on the form at the time you submit it, your request is sent one of two ways:

  • By email: your own email application opens with a pre-filled message addressed to us, and the request reaches us only once you send that email from your own inbox.
  • Directly to our CRM: once this integration is live, your answers are sent straight to GoHighLevel, the customer-relationship platform we use to manage audit requests and client work. GoHighLevel acts as our data processor and stores the information under its own security and privacy terms.

Either way, your data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside of preparing your audit and, if applicable, delivering the engagement you've agreed to.

How long we keep it As long as the engagement needs it

We keep your information for as long as needed to complete the audit and any resulting engagement, or as required by law — then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any point by writing to antonio@carreracom.com; we'll confirm once it's done.

Your rights Access, correction, deletion

You can ask us at any time to: tell you what data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. Write to antonio@carreracom.com and we'll handle it directly — there's no self-service portal, because there's no large database behind this: just the requests people have sent us.

Changes to this policy We'll update the date above

If this policy changes — for example, because we start using analytics or a new tool to handle requests — we'll update it here and change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
