The audit is free. Here's how the paid work is scoped, billed, and refunded.

These terms apply to anyone requesting the free lead-response audit or engaging CarreraCom (Roberto Antonio Carrera Hernández, Guatemala City, Guatemala) for the AI message-automation service described on this site. By submitting the audit form or signing a proposal with us, you agree to these terms.

The lead-response audit is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. We send one test enquiry to the channels you tell us about, time the responses, and send a short written report — typically within two business days — along with a scoped, fixed-price proposal for the build, if one makes sense. The report and proposal are yours to keep either way.

If you decide to move forward, the build (and the optional month-to-month launch-and-tune phase) is priced and scoped in writing before any work starts — you always know the price up front. The engagement only moves as fast as we get the access, documents, and answers we need from you; delays on your side can delay delivery.

For the optional monthly phase, you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current month. As described on the site, the agent and the knowledge base built specifically for your business are yours to keep if you cancel — the underlying tools, templates, and methodology we use to build it remain ours.

Because the build is fixed-price, scoped work agreed in advance, payments for the build are not refundable once work has started. If you need to cancel before we begin work on your project, tell us as early as possible and we'll work out a fair resolution. Exceptions are always possible at our discretion, handled case by case — write to antonio@carreracom.com if something has gone wrong.

The monthly launch-and-tune phase, if you take it, is billed month to month with no long-term commitment — see "The paid engagement" above for how cancellation works.

Any numbers shown on this site — including the revenue calculator, the response-time statistics, and anything discussed during the audit — are estimates built from published research (cited on the page) applied to the figures you provide. They are illustrations of what's plausible, not a guarantee of leads, appointments, or revenue. Actual results depend on your market, your offer, your existing sales process, and other factors outside our control.

Any business information, documents, or system access you share with us during the audit or build is used only to deliver the service and is not disclosed to anyone else.

To the extent permitted by law, CarreraCom's liability for any claim arising from this engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost leads.

These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. If a disagreement comes up, we'll try to resolve it directly first; if that doesn't work, disputes are handled under Guatemalan law. If your own jurisdiction requires different terms for a cross-border service contract, tell us before signing and we'll work it out in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply to new audit requests and new engagements from the date shown at the top of this page, not retroactively to work already agreed in writing.
